Terms of Service, Refund Policy and Replacement Policy
For Physical Merchandise: For physical merchandise delivered via postal mail, Federal Express or UPS, we will issue a full refund for any product that arrives damaged if it’s returned with in 30 days of purchase. If the customer prefers, we will replace the damaged product if it’s returned within 30 days of purchase. We will also issue a full refund of any product purchased for any reason upon request if it’s returned in undamaged condition within 30 days of purchase. This refund policy does not apply to membership or service programs, which involve recurring monthly billing, the terms of which are described below.
For Digital Downloads: For digital merchandise we will issue a full refund for any product that does not perform as advertised within 30 days of purchase. If the customer prefers, we will refund the purchase price (minus any paypal or other merchant fees) if it’s requested in writing within 30 days of purchase.
For Provided services: For services provided as described on this website, we will issue a full refund within 30 days of purchase if our service is not performed as advertised. No other refunds will be honored for provided services.
Terms of Service for the SEO Brooklyn Inner Circle Membership Program
Inner Circle Membership Program: If you enroll in the Inner Circle SEO training program, your trial membership for $1 will last 7 days, after which your credit card or debit card will be billed monthly for $38 unless you decide to cancel. You may cancel out of the program at any time simply by contacting us.
Cancellations must be requested in writing and received via certified mail within the allotted timeframe. We make no guarantees, warrantees or promises about earnings.
These terms of service are deemed accepted by anyone who uses this site.
